This morning while helping the girls get ready for school Cassie asked what Valentine's Day is.

C: What is Valentine's Day about?
Me: It is a day that people use to show and tell other people how much they love them and appreciate them.
C: I don't get it.
Me: You will when you have a boyfriend.
C: MOM! They are just crushes.
Me: No...I didn't say that. I mean when you are older and have a boyfriend. On Valentine's Day boys like to take their girlfriends out to dinner and sometimes buy them flowers and chocolates.
C: I like chocolate
Me: Exactly.
