Yes, you are seeing this right. That is one flamingo sitting on another flamingo. This is found outside a place that I've never been in, Taco Flamingo. It is actually one of a set of two that are in front of the place. I saw this and HAD to get a picture. I'm sorry, but I find this 'pose' very....disturbing. Seriously, explain this to a child.
