Ever have bad Santa hat hair days?

Tonight I put the girls in their Christmas dresses and took some pictures of them by our tree. They were really good about it and had a blast as I kept coming up with different poses for them to try. The hardest part was trying to get Kalli to smile nice for the pictures. I'm still working on finding the one that I like the best for our "Christmas Picture" for the year.

After I was finished taking pictures they took off the Santa hats that they were wearing and I had to take pictures of their hair. Guess those hats get a little on the warm side :)



When I was all done taking pictures I got the girls ready for bed. Everything was going alright until I said that I was going to take their dresses off. Kalli started crying. She sobbed "No...my anta dess." Which is translated "no, my Santa dress". I ended up peeling it off her. Literally. And telling her that it had to hang up so that it would be pretty for Christmas. It worked...at least until it is time to get dressed tomorrow morning. I'll let Andy try fighting that battle...it is only fair that he get in on the "fun".
