Kalli's words of wisdom

Today we took the girls for ice cream at Culver's. Once we arrive, Kalli decides she needs to use the bathroom. Cassie waits in the bathroom by the sink while I take Kalli into a stall. While I'm in the stall Cassie asks if she can wash her hands. I am saying that she didn't use the bathroom, but can if she wants when Kalli looks up at me and says "You can get germs from anything you touch. And germs can make you sick. So washing your hands is good."

I ask her where she learned this from and she shrugs and says "I dunno, maybe tv."

So here are my 2 things to add to that.
1. She is absolutely right, but how the hey did she know this?
2. Who says that tv isn't educational anymore.
