When I was younger my mom had a couple Bleeding Heart bushes growing next to the shed. At such a young age, I didn't know what they were called. I just knew that they were pretty. I also thought that they looked like girls with "Pippi Longstocking" pig tails. Now, no laughing out loud....because I thought the Bleeding Hearts looked like girls, I thought these were Mums. Hey...Moms are girls! It was logical in my mind. Part of me will always think these should be Mums.
