Sugared up and ready to go

Last night St Nick came. This morning promptly at 6 the children awoke. After going though what they received, I went back to bed. Have I mentioned how much I hate mornings? How I think that they are the spawn of Satan himself?

Anyway...several hours later when I woke up Andy informed me that after putting Cassie on bus he dosed off on the couch. He awoke to candy wrappers all over the floor. Kalli had eaten all but like 5 pieces of her candy out of her stocking. Can you say sugar high??

And to top it off, the girl continued to ask for candy throughout the day saying that she needed it. She was sooo hungry! What am I going to do with that girlie?

Cassie and Kalli each got books. Cassie got "The Night Before Christmas" and Kalli got a Backyardigan book. They also each got a Backyardigan stuffed toy.
