It's official!

I now am the mommy to a first grader!!

Hard to believe that Cassie is finished with Kindergarten. Now to figure out what to do all summer!! Luckily Mrs Petasek sent home lots of extra writing sheets and projects to keep her busy this summer. The plan is to "play" school.

Today was the end of the year field trip. We went to the NEW Zoo. It was a wonderful day...started off a little cloudy, but the sun showed by noon and warmed things up. Cassie had TONS of fun. She got to play with her friends, Mrs Petasek took her on the train,


And Cassie even took time to take a picture with Mrs Petasek.

It was a tiring day over all and it is ending tonight with Andy and I packing for camping. We have most everything ready to go and just have to pick up a few things in the morning and pack the car up. I am SOOOOooo looking forward to camping. And I'm not the only one feeling that way. Cassie and Kalli both are talking about it a lot and Andy is ready to go too.
