2 days in a row and still going strong.

So today was a quiet day overall. I had to go out into the blizzard-like weather to go to work this morning, but then was home for the day. For the most part we just hung out all morning until Andy had to go to work. Cassie didn't have school today because of weather...and doesn't have school tomorrow because of a teacher conference...or something like that.

It was nice to be able to just chill at home with no expectations. Would have been nicer if Kalli would have been feeling better though. Not even sure what she has yet. She has had a dry nagging type cough for like a week or so now...it comes and goes. Yesterday she ran a low grade fever and was clingy. Today she is running 103.7 degree temp and is even more clingy. We've been giving her Tylenol every 4 hours and cuddling with her.

Becca came over tonight to visit and work on the Thank You cards. Kalli wanted to cuddle so Becky sat with her and Cassie on the couch. I made dinner. As dinner was finishing up, I looked over to see that Kalli was fast asleep on Auntie Becky's lap.

Awwww.... Kalli slept for a little bit after I moved her and then woke up and just laid there until it was almost bed time. I know one little girl who isn't feeling well at all.

I'm just hoping that she isn't too miserable tomorrow. She is suppose to have Speech in the morning, but we can cancel that if needed. Aunt Mary and Matt are coming over to visit, but I'm sure that they will understand if Kalli just lays around. If anything, maybe Auntie Mary will get more cuddle time with Kalli :)

I'm off to bed now. I'm tired and Andy just got home. For some odd reason I like spending time with him. Hmmmm.... LOL
