Today we had a little party for my birthday. A good time was had by all and the girls spent the day playing with their cousin who is here from out of state. When it came time for him to leave with Nana and Papa, we told the girls to give hugs. Cassie started crying. I told her that we'd be seeing him again before he goes back home and that she needed to give hugs. She finally gave him a half hug, crying. Then as they left she sobbed.

After getting her calmed down and bathed, we put the girls to bed. As I tucked Cassie into bed she asked when she gets to see him next with tears starting to fill her eyes.

What on earth is she going to do when he goes home and she doesn't get to see him for months??
