Anyone wondering how the potty training is going?? Kalli was in underwear at 8 this morning and didn't go back into a pull-up until 730 tonight. And....drum roll please....only 2 accidents!! The first was because she was outside playing. I think that she just was too distracted. Her comment when she went... "oh-oh I go potty now".
The second, I had just woken her from a 1.5 hour nap and she was still dry...though not happy with me. She sat on the toilet for a while and about 5 minutes later had her accident. It was disappointing, but I just reminded her that she has to let me know when she has to go. She is upset enough when she gets all wet.
I have to say that I'm very impressed with how good she is doing. She is willing to keep going...trying about every 45 minutes...even when I'm sure she is probably thinking, "Jeez mom...I was JUST on there!"
Let's hope it keeps going this way.
