One of "Dem days"

Ever have one of those days where you feel like you'd lose your head if it wasn't attached?? That would be me today. I went to work tonight, yawning constantly, and didn't leave a diaper for Kalli in Kids Korner. Usually it isn't the big deal, however tonight she needed to be changed while I was in the pool. One of the staff came into the pool area to see if I had a diaper for her. I did, but it was locked in my locker and I couldn't get to it. Luckily one of the other girls working tonight has a child about the same age as Kalli and let them use one of her child's diapers.

Then we get home tonight and I realize that tomorrow Cassie has an appointment to pick up her night time braces. Guess that Andy and Kalli are skipping their class tomorrow because I'm working during the appointment. UGH!!

Anyway...tonight I put the girls to bed only to be called back in there a little later by Cassie. She was frustrated because Kalli was saying something to her and she couldn't figure out what Kalli wanted. Kalli was saying "hone". After asking a couple times and lots of wrong guesses, I figured out what Kalli was saying. She was saying "Song"...meaning she wanted Cassie to sing to her. You see, Cassie sings to Kalli many nights and had been singing to her, but had stopped. Kalli wanted more song. As I left the room Cassie started singing again and Kalli rolled over a very happy girl.
