Starting 2007 with a bang.

So today Cassie had a friend come over. From the time she got off the bus until the doorbell rang all I heard every 2 minutes was "how much longer?" Let me tell you...I love my daughter, but after about the 30th time, it gets a wee bit annoying. I even threatened to call and tell them not to call if she asked it one more time. The look she gave me told me that she knew that I was bluffing and she walked away. Only to return 2 minutes later and ask again. The joys of motherhood.

Speaking of Joys of Motherhood. This weekend we were all sick. Mine started on Thursday and lasted until Friday. Kalli's started at Saturday at 2:30am, Cassie on Saturday at 7:00am and Andy's Sunday at about noon. No one told me about the fun of having puking children. Having to clean up vomit off the couch, floor, pillow, blankets, jammies, and I doubt anyone told Andy about how much fun it would be to have children throw up on him. Not just once, or twice, but three times in one day! I can't help but chuckle at it though...it wasn't just one of the girls, but both. I've never seen him change so much in one day!

We are all semi-healthy again...the girls and I still have head colds that won't let go, but we seem to be headed towards health.
