Sweet times

Today was another day spent mainly at the Y and becoming a prune. Tomorrow morning I'm in the pool again. I don't know what I'll do once it is winter...being in the pool that much is not going to be good for the skin. Can you say DRY?? I'll buy stock in Eucerin!

Tomorrow after teaching I have a doctor appointment...you know, the "fun" doctor. Wish me luck. Then tomorrow night Cassie has her swimming lessons. At least I don't have to get in the water for that.

A conversation with Cassie today...we were talking about schooling and that after 12th grade she can go to college.

Cassie: I don't want to go to college...I'll miss you too much.
Mom: You don't have to go away to college. You can stay home and go to college.
Cassie: I have an idea...you can come with me. (saying the next part very excitedly) We can be like twins!

I just laughed. She is so innocent and sweet sometimes. I know the day is coming when she tell me that she hates me. Can't I just pause time in this sweet time?
